Gas & Electric Trucks had trouble getting up hills.  Buildings such as HOUSES and other kinds of Structures ( for example, TROUTDALE = Safeway Grocery Market had Collapsed with all that accumulation of WET SNOW. = KGW.com showed a visual diagram of how many TRUCKS it takes to bring down a roof.)

* Some Restaurants finally allowed dining indoors.  Michael and I had enjoyed this luxury offered - for Multnomah County, as it takes two hours due to heavy traffic to return to Washington / Beaverton - towards Hillsboro.

Europe had kept it's citizens CLOISTERED for months.
